- Drive our design system to completion and full adoption, owning the standards and principles behind it.
- Set the craft bar across the product org through design direction, critique, and clear principles.

- Lead our move to AI-native workflows, using emerging tools to speed concept-to-production and define new ways of working.
- Work tightly with Product and Engineering to make fast decisions, ship with urgency, and advocate for customers.

- Exceptional craft, creativity, and taste, consistently producing work that pushes product quality and brand forward.
- A proven track record of leading high-impact product work across complex, multi-team problem spaces, with strong product judgment and influence over strategy and direction.
- A history of raising the craft bar in others through critique, mentorship, and design leadership, without formal authority.
- Able to set the standards and principles that lift design quality across the product org.
- Able to think from first principles, not just apply standard UX process.
- A strong communicator who articulates design decisions clearly and influences without managing.
- Experience working closely with engineering and using emerging AI-native tools to evolve how products are built.
