Human Intelligence · Metro Manila, Philippines ·
At Human Intelligence, we're building a future where artificial intelligence helps people better understand themselves, better understand each other, and ultimately create a happier, healthier, and more connected world.
We believe technology should enhance humanity—not replace it.
Everything we design is centered around helping people make better decisions, improve their health and wellbeing, strengthen relationships, accelerate learning, and unlock their full potential.
We're combining artificial intelligence, behavioral science, education, healthcare, psychology, and modern product design to create digital experiences that genuinely improve lives.
As we continue expanding globally, we're looking for an exceptional Principal Product Designer to lead the next generation of AI-powered customer experiences.
This isn't simply another UX/UI role.
You won't spend your days moving buttons around or updating design systems.
You'll help define how thousands—and ultimately millions—of people experience Human Intelligence.
You'll influence product strategy.
Shape customer journeys.
Improve accessibility.
Guide product thinking.
Create elegant interfaces.
And help establish one of the world's leading AI-first product ecosystems.
You'll collaborate directly with executive leadership, Product, AI Engineers, FlutterFlow Designers, Developers, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Experience teams.
This is a role for someone who wants to leave a lasting impact.
Employment Type: Independent Contractor
Location: Fully Remote
Time Commitment: Full-Time
USD $1,500–$2,200 per month, depending on experience, UX leadership capability, portfolio quality, AI proficiency, and overall alignment with the role.
Monthly performance incentives based on product quality, customer experience improvements, innovation, leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and measurable product outcomes.
We're looking for someone who sees product design differently.
Someone who understands that every interaction influences how people think, feel, trust, and engage.
You'll help shape the future user experience across AI-powered healthcare, education, business, wellbeing, and human development platforms.
You'll combine strategic thinking with exceptional design execution while actively using AI to accelerate research, ideation, prototyping, testing, and continuous product improvement.
Great products don't happen by accident.
They happen because someone relentlessly advocates for the user.
Your work will influence:
You'll help transform complex technology into intuitive experiences that feel effortless.
As our Principal Product Designer, you'll lead UX and UI strategy across multiple digital products while partnering closely with Product Management, Engineering, AI, Marketing, Customer Success, and Executive Leadership.
You'll own the complete product design lifecycle—from discovery and research through wireframes, prototypes, user testing, high-fidelity design, developer handoff, and post-launch optimization.
This is an AI-first product leadership role.
We're looking for someone who actively embraces AI as part of their design process and continually explores better ways to create exceptional user experiences.

At Human Intelligence, design isn't a department.
It's a strategic capability.
We believe exceptional user experiences happen when design, psychology, technology, artificial intelligence, and human behavior work together.
Artificial intelligence is embedded throughout our product design process.
We expect every Principal Product Designer to actively leverage AI to improve:
AI helps us think faster.
Prototype faster.
Learn faster.
Iterate faster.
But human judgment always comes first.
Everything we build should ultimately help people.
Every interaction should feel intuitive.
Every workflow should reduce friction.
Every interface should increase confidence.
Every product should strengthen understanding—not overwhelm users with complexity.
We obsess over simplicity because simplicity creates trust.
We're looking for designers who naturally lead.
People who identify opportunities before they're asked.
People who challenge assumptions respectfully.
People who elevate everyone around them.
You'll have genuine influence over product direction—not simply visual execution.
Exceptional products are built through exceptional attention to detail.
