This role involves managing Oracle Fusion HCM Core implementations, focusing on functional configuration and technical development within the Oracle Cloud HCM ecosystem. The engineer will utilize tools like Redwood, BIP, and HDL to support HR processes, compensation, and benefits.
Experience & Expertise:
- Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud, with strong expertise in Global Core HR, Compensation & Benefits, and Absence Management.
- At least 3 full implementation cycles in Oracle Cloud HCM Core module, covering both functional configuration and technical development.
Technical Skills:
- Extensive hands-on experience with Redwood, Visual Builder Studio, Lookups, Value Sets, Work Structures, Security, Area of Responsibility, and HCM Process Configuration.
- Proficient in Designer Studio, BIP, OTBI, HCM Extract, HDL, and Spreadsheet Loader (Core module focus).
- Advantageous experience in Oracle Agent Studio, bi-directional payroll interfaces, and integration technologies such as REST API and SOAP.
