We build and scale popular entertainment apps such as Party Roulette, Sex Roulette, and Truth or Dare, which rank highly on the App Store and are loved by users worldwide.

🎯 Who We Are Looking For

Whether you build mobile products, craft high-converting App Store visual assets, or run the acquisition strategy that pushes apps to the top of the charts, this is your hub. We build, acquire, and scale mobile applications across multiple niches.

Whether you are about to graduate or have recently finished your studies, we care more about your drive, logic, and initiative than years of traditional corporate experience.

You don't need a deep background in mobile apps, ASO, or growth marketing—we will teach you all of that at the highest industry level. We want to see that you are a builder and a problem solver.

You’ll be a great fit if you have:

• High Energy & Ambition: A genuine passion for mobile apps, viral digital trends, and building products people love.
• A Track Record of Initiative: You don’t wait for permission - you build things. Whether it's a side project, a small app, a UI/UX design portfolio, a social media account, or a student project, you love taking action on your own ideas.
• Strong Analytical & Logic Skills: You have a sharp, data-informed mindset and love figuring out why users click, convert, or stick around.
• Alignment with Our Core Values: Curiosity, ownership, bias for action, and high performance.

Sub-Specialties We Hire For:

• Mobile Product Management
• Mobile Engineering with Unity, Flutter and cross-platform mobile application development
• ASO & App Store Design
• Influencer & Creator Partnership

🚀 What We Offer in Return

• Collaboration with Industry Experts: Learn directly from successful app publishers, product leads and growth experts who are actively invested in your growth.

• World-Class Mobile App Expertise: Master cutting-edge strategies in ASO (App Store Optimization), user acquisition, mobile UI/UX, and viral growth at a top industry level.
• Real Project Ownership: Take charge of live features, design sprints, or marketing campaigns reaching millions of users from day one - no artificial tasks or busywork.
• Fast-Track Career Progression: Exceptional performers quickly unlock greater responsibilities and leadership paths within our ecosystem.

By applying here, you’ll join our passive talent pool, and our hiring team will reach out as soon as a fitting project or role opens up. Even if there’s no open position that perfectly matches your profile right now, we’d still love to hear from you. We regularly review open applications and may reach out when a suitable opportunity opens up. 🌱
