Collaborate with product owners, architects, and stakeholders to deliver business‑critical features. Mentor engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
What we're looking for: 10+ years' full‑stack engineering experience, with deep expertise in
Java/Spring Boot
and modern web technologies ( React, Redux, RX JS ). Proven track record in
e‑trading technology, derivatives, and capital markets domain . Strong background in
distributed systems, microservices, and latency‑sensitive applications . Exposure to
risk engines, PnL attribution, and regulatory frameworks (Basel, FRTB, stress testing)
is highly valued. Hands‑on technical leadership in agile product development environments. Effective communicator with a proactive, problem‑solving mindset.
