Be Part Of A High-Performing Team:
Join a collaborative technology architecture group supporting modern application delivery across multiple Agile development teams. This team works closely with software engineering, product, enterprise architecture, and business stakeholders to design practical solutions, guide technical decisions, and help development teams move from concept to working implementation. The environment is hands-on, Microsoft-oriented, and focused on building scalable applications, improving delivery quality, and exploring practical ways to use emerging technology.
What’s In Store For You:
This role is ideal for a high-performing senior developer or technical lead who is ready to move deeper into solution architecture while staying close to hands-on delivery. The position sits onsite 4 days per week in South Park, Charlotte, NC, with local candidates preferred. The role offers exposure to application architecture, cloud-based delivery, vendor integrations, low-code platforms, AI-enabled development practices, and cross-team technical leadership.
How You Will Make An Impact

- Create practical architecture direction, solution frameworks, and technical guardrails that developers can build from.
- Partner closely with development teams to evaluate options, explain tradeoffs, and guide technical decision-making.
- Review code, mentor developers, and help teams improve quality, maintainability, and alignment with architecture standards.
- Support architecture across Microsoft-based application environments, including web applications, APIs, SQL databases, cloud services, and integration-heavy solutions.
- Help evaluate vendor platforms, internal tools, data integrations, and packaged technologies to determine the best-fit solution approach.
