Lead Developer

Salary: £65,000 - 70,000 per year

Requirements:

• 5+ years experience in cloud-based full-stack development
• 2+ years in a Senior Developer or Lead Developer role
• Proven experience mentoring and supporting developers
• Strong background in enterprise-level cloud architecture
• Comfortable working hands-on across the full stack
• Experienced with Node.js, TypeScript, C# (.NET)
• Proficient in React and TypeScript
• Strong SQL experience
• Familiarity with MongoDB or equivalent NoSQL technologies
• Experience with Azure (App Services, Azure Batch)
• Knowledge of Azure DevOps (CI/CD pipelines, repositories, boards)

Responsibilities:

• Lead application architecture across Node.js, React, and .NET
• Act as the hands-on Technical Lead within the team
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and day-to-day guidance to developers
• Design and maintain scalable SQL and NoSQL data solutions
• Drive performance, scalability, and cost-effective cloud architecture
• Produce technical designs, prototypes, and architectural decisions
• Maintain clear and concise technical documentation
• Collaborate closely with algorithms and data processing teams
