At Stampin' Up!, we believe creativity has the power to connect people, strengthen relationships, and brighten lives. If you're excited about purposeful graphic design, love collaborating with others, and want to grow your skills alongside a team that genuinely enjoys working together, we'd love to meet you.

About Stampin' Up!

For more than 35 years, Stampin' Up! has inspired people around the world to express their creativity through crafting, handmade cards, scrapbooking, and meaningful moments of connection. We are a global company built on creativity, community, and caring deeply about people.

Our employees bring our mission to life every day by creating exceptional experiences for our demonstrators and customers around the world. We work hard, support one another, celebrate wins together, and believe great ideas can come from anyone.

If you're looking for a workplace where creativity is valued, collaboration matters, and people genuinely enjoy what they do, you'll fit right in.

What You'll Do

As a Junior Graphic Designer, you'll be part of a highly collaborative graphic design team responsible for bringing the Stampin' Up! brand to life across a variety of channels.

One day you might be creating social media graphics or digital promotions. The next, you could be preparing photography assets for our online store, organizing files, improving workflows, or supporting large scale marketing initiatives behind the scenes.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both the creative and technical sides of design. Success comes from being able to balance artistic thinking with detailed execution, shift comfortably between priorities, and understand how great design contributes to broader business goals.

Our team values creativity, but we value strategic thinking just as much. We look for designers who intentionally use their creativity to solve problems, support marketing objectives, and create exceptional experiences for our customers.

Most importantly, we're looking for someone who wants to be part of a positive team culture, actively collaborates with others, and understands that every project, whether highly visible or behind the scenes, contributes to something bigger.
