Build Ideas. Lead Creativity. Make Brands Matter.

At Stratist, we believe great creative is not just about making something look good.

It should capture attention, communicate clearly, create emotion, and drive action.

We work with hospitals, healthcare brands, founders, and organisations to build brands and growth systems that create meaningful impact.

We’re looking for a Senior Graphic Designer – Video + Static who can bring ideas to life across formats — while also taking ownership of the creative output of a growing design team.

This is a hands-on leadership role. You will design, shoot, edit, conceptualise, review, guide, and occasionally get into the details when the project demands it.

What You’ll Own

01 — CREATE

Turn briefs and ideas into compelling visual experiences.

You’ll work across:

• Social media creatives and carousels

• Campaign creatives and digital ads

• Reels, short-form videos and video content

• Video thumbnails and promotional creatives

• Presentations and pitch decks

• Brochures, posters and offline collaterals

• Brand assets and visual communication

• Internal Stratist creatives and campaigns

Your role is not just to execute a brief, but to understand the objective behind it and bring your creative thinking to the table.

02 — CONCEPTUALISE

We want someone who can think beyond templates.

You’ll be expected to:

• Develop creative concepts and campaign ideas

• Translate marketing objectives into visual communication

• Build creative directions for campaigns

• Suggest better ways to communicate an idea

• Explore new visual styles, formats and trends

• Maintain consistency across different brand touchpoints

• Balance creativity with business and communication objectives

Think first. Design second.

03 — LEAD

You will also be responsible for guiding a team of designers.

You’ll:

• Lead and coordinate the day-to-day design workflow

• Distribute and prioritise creative requirements

• Review designs before final delivery

• Maintain quality and brand consistency

• Give constructive feedback to junior designers

• Mentor and train team members

• Help designers improve their creative and technical skills

• Set expectations around quality, timelines and ownership

• Step in and solve complex design challenges when required

You won’t just be the best designer in the room.

You’ll help make the whole team better.

04 — SHOOT & EDIT

We’re looking for someone comfortable beyond the design desk.

You may be involved in:

• Basic to advanced video shoots

• Camera handling and framing

• Healthcare/client shoots

• Interviews and testimonial recordings

• Reels and short-form video production

• Video editing and post-production

• Creating content for campaigns and social media

• Working with the marketing and creative team during shoots

You don’t need to be a full-time filmmaker — but you should be comfortable picking up a camera and making things happen.

05 — CLIENT & PROJECT OWNERSHIP

You may work directly with clients on assigned projects.

You’ll be expected to:

• Understand client requirements

• Convert discussions into clear creative deliverables

• Present and explain creative concepts

• Take feedback constructively

• Manage revisions professionally

• Own projects from brief → concept → execution → final delivery

Requirements

Design & Creative

• 2–4 years of professional design experience

• Strong portfolio demonstrating static + video work

• Strong command of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator

• Good experience with video editing tools such as Premiere Pro / After Effects / DaVinci Resolve

• Figma knowledge is a plus

• Strong understanding of typography, composition, colour and visual hierarchy

• Good understanding of branding and visual storytelling

• Strong creative conceptualisation skills

Leadership

• Experience guiding or mentoring junior designers

• Ability to review work and provide actionable feedback

• Ability to manage multiple creative requirements simultaneously

• Comfortable taking ownership of team-level creative output

• Ability to prioritise work based on urgency and impact

Personality & Work Style

We’re looking for someone who:

• Thinks creatively but executes practically

• Takes ownership rather than waiting for instructions

• Has strong attention to detail

• Is comfortable with feedback

• Communicates clearly

• Can handle deadlines without compromising quality

• Is curious about new creative formats and technologies

• Can work independently while collaborating with a larger team

• Is willing to get hands-on when the project demands it

You’ll Have an Advantage If You,

• Have worked with healthcare, hospitals, education, startups or professional brands

• Have experience creating performance marketing creatives

• Understand how design influences engagement and conversions

• Have experience with photography or videography

• Have led a small design team

• Have experience presenting designs to clients

• Understand social media content formats and trends

• Experiment with AI-powered creative tools

• Can think strategically about creative, not just visually

You might be a great fit if you see yourself as:

Designer + Creator + Problem Solver + Mentor

You care about the smallest alignment in a layout.

You notice when a video doesn't feel right.

You can turn a rough idea into a strong visual.

You can tell a junior designer why something needs to change — not just what needs to change.

And when something important needs to get done, you don't wait for someone else to take ownership.
