Junior Business Analyst - Growth and Lead Generation

We are looking for a Junior Business Analyst to support our outbound B2B business development and modern online marketing activities and help identify new business opportunities across international markets. This role is a strong fit for someone who combines hands-on lead generation experience with strong analytical, logical, and creative thinking abilities. While at least one year of relevant experience is required, we place significant emphasis on your ability to learn quickly, which we consider more important than actual experience, as well as the ability to generate ideas, creatively evaluate different approaches, identify and reason about potential challenges, and make sound, data-driven judgments and assumptions. For us, relevant abilities and potential are much more important than previous work experience.

Requirements:

At least 1 year of experience in B2B Lead Generation, Sales Development, Business Development, or a similar/relevant role(s).
Very strong logical and analytical skills, with the ability to brainstorm, evaluate, and reason about ideas, approaches, and experiments in a data-driven way to determine which are most likely to be effective and why.
Strong brainstorming and creative problem-solving, logical/analytical abilities. You should be comfortable generating multiple ideas and logically assessing their potential.
Very strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You should be comfortable adapting and frequently reprioritizing as needed, as we receive new information or decisions.
Strong written English communication skills. Advanced spoken or presentation skills are NOT essential, as the role does not involve external sales calls unless you want to take them on.
Experience with B2B cold email outreach and/or B2B LinkedIn prospecting, preferably using creative approaches, in an analytical, data-driven way.
Strong attention to detail, precision, and accuracy.
Experience using outbound automation tools such as Apollo, LinkedIn Helper, Woodpecker, Lemlist, or similar platforms.
Experience generating B2B leads and building prospect pipelines.

Nice to Have:

Strong interest in and willingness to grow in modern sales and marketing.
Affinity for analytics, logical reasoning, numbers, precision, technology, and attention to detail.

Experience working with international clients or prospects, particularly in the US, UK, Western Europe, Nordics, Canada, Singapore, Australia, or similar markets.
Experience in software/technology, recruitment, marketing agencies, or professional services.
Understanding of IT services and technology-related industries.
Previous experience with modern online marketing channels and tools, even at an introductory level, such as SEO, GEO/LLM SEO, Reddit, or similar.
Basic HTML/CSS or other technical skills.
Previous experience working directly with senior sales or marketing professionals, directors, founders, or other decision-makers.
A dynamic personality and an interest in working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Brainstorm creative ideas for new sales and marketing channels, initiatives, and experiments.
Analyze and evaluate sales and marketing ideas, experiments, and approaches, using logical reasoning and available data to determine what is likely to be effective.
Identify and research potential B2B clients and execute outreach campaigns to generate new business opportunities.
Execute outbound campaigns across B2B sales channels, including LinkedIn and email, as well as creative inbound marketing channels.
Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
Maintain CRM records and prospect databases and handle related sales administration/organization, including agreement processing, follow-ups, and written communication with prospects and clients.
Conduct written negotiations with prospects and clients when required, mostly via emails/IMs.
Run multiple sales and marketing initiatives simultaneously, closely monitor their performance, and adapt or improve them based on market feedback and input from the founding team.
Support marketing activities including SEO, GEO, Reddit ranking, keyword research, link building, and similar initiatives. We use Ahrefs and a range of other modern marketing tools.
Perform basic technical tasks related to marketing and sales activities, including WordPress and HTML changes or configuration of differnt/similar kind.
Support ongoing business development and lead generation initiatives.
Work directly with company management and collaborate across departments.

You’ll work directly with the founding team, which provides a significant opportunity to learn and grow. At the same time, this requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, adaptability, and effective communication. You’ll be working alongside a team of high performers in a fast-paced environment, with plenty of opportunities to take on new responsibilities and develop your skills.
