Euro Tooltechnic is the Australian distributor of Festool, a premium German brand. We've been doing it since 2001 from our office and warehouse in Dandenong South, supplying a national network of dealers including Sydney Tools, Total Tools and Tool Kit Depot.

We hold our IT to the same standard as our tools: reliable, precise and built to last. That's where you come in.

The role

This is our sole IT role, so there's no help desk to hand tasks to and no layers of management to wait on. You'll be the person everyone turns to, and the person who makes our technology work.

In a typical week you might:

1. Set up a new starter's laptop and phone, then fix a label printer in the warehouse

2. Troubleshoot an integration between SAP Business One and Salesforce

3. Tighten our firewall, MFA and backups as we work towards the Essential Eight

4. Look after our growing platform of internally built business apps

5. Help a colleague get more out of Copilot or Claude, and keep our AI use safe and well-governed

6. Hold our IT partners to account and deliver projects from start to finish

If you enjoy variety and like owning things properly, and you're just as happy imaging a laptop as planning an upgrade, you'll fit right in.

What you'll bring

Essential:

1. At least 3 years in a hands-on IT support or systems administration role

2. Strong Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune and MFA administration skills

3. Practical networking and security experience: firewalls (Sophos a plus), VPN, Wi-Fi, endpoint protection and backups

4. Confidence using modern AI tools, and the ability to teach non-technical people to use them well

5. A service-minded, "no task too small" attitude and clear communication

Highly regarded:

1. SAP Business One / HANA or Salesforce administration

2. Familiarity with web app hosting, APIs, databases or automation tools (e.g. Replit, Azure, n8n)

3. Exposure to the ACSC Essential Eight

4. Experience with an ITSM platform (e.g. ALVAO)

Hands-on experience counts as much as formal qualifications.
