Onsite 1st & 2nd line IT Support Engineer at Lasered Components in Braintree, working alongside the IT Manager to own tickets through to resolution, troubleshoot Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory/Entra ID and networking issues, and handle patching, backups, onboarding and IT projects across the company's sites.
Salary: £30,000 - 30,000 per year Requirements: Proven 2nd line IT support experience. Experience managing tickets through a ticketing or RMM system. Practical networking and troubleshooting experience. A structured approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently.
