First-line IT Support Analyst at a manufacturing business, fully site-based in Accrington on a three-month fixed term. Day to day involves resolving hardware, software, access and connectivity issues and administering Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, SharePoint, Teams, Windows Server 2022 and Meraki networking.
Salary: £? - ? per year Requirements: At least one to two years of experience in an IT support, service desk or help desk role, ideally as an IT Support Analyst. Working knowledge of operating systems, business software, ticketing systems and user administration.
