First-line IT Support Analyst providing helpdesk support to business users: troubleshooting Windows, Microsoft 365, hardware, network and connectivity issues, managing tickets, and setting up user accounts and equipment. Permanent onsite role, Mon-Fri, paying £27,500 per year.
