IT Specialist

Job Purpose

The IT Specialist is responsible for delivering reliable, secure, and efficient IT support and infrastructure management for Bel Vietnam. The role ensures day-to-day IT operations are aligned with Groupe Bel's global IT standards and acts as the primary IT point of contact for all Bel Vietnam employees, working closely with the Regional IT team.

Key Responsibilities

1. Technical Support & Infrastructure Management

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and peripheral devices for end-users.
• Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including Cisco Meraki and Catalyst switches, Forcepoint firewalls, and other network technologies.
• Install, configure, and support Windows environments (Windows 11, Windows Server 2016 & 2019).
• Manage user identities and access via Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
• Support endpoint management using Microsoft Intune or equivalent MDM tools.
• Provide technical support for both office (HCMC) and production site (Binh Duong) when required.

2. Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain accurate documentation of configurations, IT inventory, incidents, and changes.
• Log and manage all IT requests and incidents via ServiceNow ITSM platform.
• Provide regular updates to the Regional IT Manager and escalate unresolved issues when necessary.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation of local IT infrastructure, network diagrams, and vendor contacts.

3. Vendor & Local Partner Management

• Coordinate with local IT vendors, telecom providers, and service partners in Vietnam.
• Manage vendor contracts and service level agreements (SLAs) for IT equipment and services.
• Source and procure IT equipment in compliance with Bel procurement policies.
• Evaluate and recommend local technology solutions aligned with Bel global standards.

4. Employee Onboarding & Offboarding

• Manage the full IT onboarding process, including device setup, M365 account creation, access provisioning, and IT orientation.
• Manage IT offboarding activities, including device collection, data backup, certified data wipe, account deactivation, and access revocation.
• Ensure all onboarding and offboarding activities are properly documented in ServiceNow.

What We're Looking For

Education

• Technician Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in IT or related fields.
• Background in networks, systems, or user endpoints preferred.
• Relevant certifications are a plus (CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft certifications).

Must-Have Technical Skills

• Windows 11, Windows Server 2016/2019.
• Cisco Meraki, Catalyst switches, Forcepoint firewalls.
• Microsoft 365: Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange Online.
• Microsoft Entra ID / Azure Active Directory.
• Microsoft Intune or equivalent MDM solutions.
• ServiceNow or equivalent ticketing systems.
• IT Asset Management and lifecycle tracking.
• Understanding of ITIL guidelines.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support, network administration, or infrastructure-related roles.
• Experience in FMCG, manufacturing, or multinational companies is a strong advantage.
• Experience supporting multi-site IT environments (office and production/warehouse) is a plus.
• English: Intermediate level, able to read technical documentation and communicate with regional stakeholders
