IT Project Manager

Salary: £36,000 - 45,000 per year

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of project management experience
• Experience delivering technology deployment or infrastructure projects
• A background in retail, hospitality, or similar customer-facing environments
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Strong planning, organisational, and commercial awareness
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project and Excel
• A full UK driving licence
• Desirable: PRINCE2, Agile, or MSP qualifications
• Desirable: Experience delivering projects across Europe

Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end delivery of technology projects, including installations, moves, adds, changes (IMAC), refreshes, new store openings, refurbishments, POS deployments, and infrastructure rollouts
• Manage multiple concurrent projects from initiation to completion
• Build strong relationships with customers and act as their main point of contact
• Manage project plans, budgets, risks, and governance
• Coordinate internal teams, suppliers, and third-party partners
• Ensure successful implementation, testing, and project handover
