Position Summary:

Tests, trains and provides more complex systems support for distributed computing. Makes recommendations to address routine and recurring problems. Typically assigned to several components of a project or a complex component of a single project.

Major Responsibilities:

• Analyzes and evaluates complex systems hardware and software from vendors, manufacturers and acquired companies. Documents and compiles results for final assessment.
• Acts as technical liaison with internal functional or business leaders, external manufacturers’ or vendors' technical personnel, to implement or maintain hardware and software. May provide system-wide support on complex projects and components.
• Troubleshoots more complex problems and recommends appropriate actions.
• Supports data migration, conversion and loading, seeking continuous performance improvement.
• Manage local IT routines complying to the standards and processes.
• Responsible for informatization training, support the informatization program.

Required Education / Experience / Skills:

• Bachelor's degree
• 4+ years’ related experience
• Strong knowledge and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with
  • PC & server hardware and software support
  • Office 365 applications
  • LANDesk
  • Networking
• Good communication and teamwork
• ERP background would be an advantage

• Occasionally within China

Language:

• Fluent write and read of English
