The International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) seeks an ICT Specialist 2 - Digital & Data in Manila to ensure reliable ICT services and enable data‑driven decisions. You will diagnose incidents, build BI dashboards, and design low‑code automation to streamline processes.
Working under the ICT Manager, you will train users, document procedures, and collaborate with internal teams and suppliers. A bachelor’s degree in computer science/IT and strong English are required, with French an asset.
