Role Summary
- Entry-level role supporting day-to-day IAM operations at Providence.
- Focus on access management, ticket handling, and learning IAM processes and tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle access requests, provisioning, and deprovisioning activities.
- Support Joiner–Mover–Leaver (JML) operations as per defined processes.
- Monitor and manage IAM tickets (incidents, service requests) via ServiceNow or similar tools.
- Perform user account management in systems like Active Directory / SailPoint.
- Assist in access reviews and certification campaigns.
- Support identity lifecycle processes and ensure timely access revocation.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and escalate issues when required.
- Maintain and update SOPs, runbooks, and operational documentation.
- Ensure adherence to IAM policies, SLAs, and audit requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 0–2 years of experience in IT / support / service desk / IAM operations.
- Basic understanding of:
- User access management and provisioning
- IAM concepts (authentication, authorization, RBAC)
- Familiarity with:
- Active Directory / Azure AD (Entra ID)
- Ticketing tools (ServiceNow or equivalent)
- Strong attention to detail and process adherence.
Preferred / Nice to Have
- Exposure to IAM tools (SailPoint, CyberArk, etc.).
- Understanding of JML processes and access lifecycle.
- Awareness of compliance / audit requirements (SOC, ISO, HIPAA).
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
