Head of Business Development & AI Commercialization

We are seeking a high-caliber, hybrid Head of Business Development & AI Commercialization to drive the market execution, strategic growth, and client acquisition for our AI product ecosystem (including AI Agents, Conversational Payment Gateways, and API Infrastructure).

In this senior leadership role, you will bridge the gap between commercial revenue and hands-on AI software solution design. You will lead business development and B2B client acquisition while actively collaborating with internal technical developers and external agencies—leveraging modern AI-assisted workflows (Vibe Coding)—to package technical capabilities into high-value solutions and close commercial deals with Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs).

Key Responsibilities

Commercial Strategy & Revenue Growth: Lead the end-to-end Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy, product packaging, and standardized pricing models for the company’s AI product suite across Singapore and the APAC region.

Direct B2B Sales & Pitching: Drive direct client engagements, present live technical product demonstrations, and manage commercial negotiations with SME C-suite executives and regional enterprise partners.
Hands-On Technical Collaboration & Prototyping: Utilize modern AI-assisted development tools and workflows (e.g., Cursor, Lovable, GitHub, Vercel) to rapidly prototype, test, and present functional MVPs and web interfaces for client solutions.

API Architecture & Workflow Integration: Oversee the functional integration of Large Language Models (LLMs) with messaging channels (WhatsApp Business API) and digital payment infrastructure (PayNow, HitPay, Stripe).

Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 8+ years of proven track record in B2B Business Development, Technology Sales, Strategic Partnerships, or Solution Commercialization in AI, Cloud, or Digital Infrastructure sectors.
Technical & Commercial Acumen:

Deep functional understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), AI Agent architectures, Prompt Engineering, and RESTful API integrations.

Proven track record in B2Bsoftware/solution sales, solution packaging, and commercializing software products from early-stage prototypes into revenue-generating client deployments.

Languages & Communication:

Exceptional negotiation, stakeholder management, and technical presentation skills.

Professional fluency in both English and Mandarin is required to communicate effectively with the company’s key shareholders, regional enterprise clients, and cross-border technical teams.
