Senior Product Manager

We are Payactiv, a Fintech company in the heart of Silicon Valley, devoted to giving workers access to their earned wages when they need them. Payactiv is the pioneer and industry leader in Earned Wage Access. We are the only Certified B Corporation and Public Benefit Corporation in our industry. Our app provides millions with financial services that help them avoid debt, manage their finances, and regain flexibility to pay for things on their own schedule.

American workers are not OK. A few not-so-fun facts:

● More than half of the workers in the US live paycheck-to-paycheck

● 40% of Americans would not be able to come up with $400 in an emergency

● There are more payday loan stores in the US—some charging interest rates upwards of 600%—than there are McDonalds restaurants

But there's hope. For workers on a tight budget, timing is everything. Getting paid promptly for hours worked instead of waiting for twice-monthly paychecks to arrive can mean the difference between building up an emergency fund or spiraling deeper into debt.

That's where Payactiv comes in. Payactiv is a Certified B Corp that pioneered Earned Wage Access (EWA) in 2012. EWA allows workers to access the money they've earned in-between pay cycles (when their bills are actually due), helping them avoid late fees, overdraft fees, and the need for costly payday loans.
