Growth Product Manager

Promin Apps is a product-first company on a mission to help people feel better, move more, and live healthier lives — physically and emotionally.
At the intersection of AI, data, behavioral science, and personalization, we build thoughtful digital products that support meaningful lifestyle changes — from yoga and fitness to better habits and mental well-being.

Now, we’re looking for a Growth Product Manager — a data-driven and experiment-oriented professional who will own the growth roadmap, design scalable strategies, and accelerate product performance across key funnels and markets.

What to expect:

• Global focus: Tier-1 markets (US & beyond) with proven traction and clear room to scale;
• AI-first approach: smarter workflows and a clean, personalised user experience;
• Experimentation at the core: a strong setup with a funnel builder, deep analytics, and continuous A/B testing;
• Focus on product: acquisition is driven by experienced UA, Creative, and PPC teams — you focus on product growth and impact;
• Direct collaboration with the CEO: built 10+ successful products in the niche and actively involved in product decisions;
• Fast-paced execution: quick decisions, real ownership, and no unnecessary approvals;
• Clear growth path: real opportunities to grow into Lead, Head, or GM roles as the company scales.

What you will do:

• Own and optimize the full conversion funnel — from acquisition and onboarding to purchase and retention — with a strong focus on web performance, monetization, and pricing;
• Design, prioritize, and execute growth experiments to improve key metrics such as ARPU and LTV;
• Run A/B and multivariate tests end-to-end, ensuring statistical rigor and actionable insights;
• Leverage AI tools to enhance hypothesis generation, prioritization, and A/B testing processes (including ideation, analysis, and insight extraction);
• Collaborate closely with Product, UA, Creative, and Analytics teams to identify, test, and scale high-impact growth opportunities;
• Analyze user behavior and performance data to discover conversion bottlenecks and growth levers;
• Work with Meta, Google, and AppLovin performance marketing channels;
• Research markets and competitors to inform positioning, pricing, and funnel improvements;
• Build and maintain a structured hypothesis pipeline, using frameworks like ICE or RICE to drive prioritization;
• Report key learnings and insights to leadership, translating data into strategy and next-step actions.

What we’re looking for:

• 3+ years of experience in Growth, Product, or Product Marketing roles, including B2C subscription-based products;
• Proven success in conversion optimization, monetization, and scaling acquisition or retention funnels;
• Strong proficiency in A/B testing, experimentation design, and data-driven decision-making;
• Deep understanding of unit economics, LTV/CAC, and core performance metrics;
• Practical experience using AI tools to support hypothesis generation, experimentation (A/B testing), and data analysis;
• Experience working with web analytics tools and data visualization platforms;
• Ability to develop and validate growth hypotheses across the funnel, supported by both quantitative and qualitative data;
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, working closely with Product, UA, and Creative teams;
• Analytical yet user-centric mindset, balancing business growth with real user value;
• Confident English (B2+).

What we offer:

• Work from anywhere with a fully remote setup that adapts to your lifestyle;
• Flexible working hours that align with your most productive rhythm;
• Benefits package, including paid vacation, sick leave, and more;
• Personal and professional support, with leadership that advocates for your growth;
• Access to a curated corporate library and resources for continuous learning and development.

We’re not looking for someone to just “join the team” — we’re looking for someone ready to drive growth and own results.

If that sounds like you — send over your CV, and let’s talk!
