Growth Manager, Mobile

About Signeasy

Contracts run businesses. We are unlocking the intelligence inside them.

Signeasy began sixteen years ago with a simple idea. Signing should be easy. That idea helped the world go paperless.

But signatures were only the beginning.

Today, the real problem isn't signing contracts. It's what happens after. Across every company, contracts sit scattered across inboxes, shared drives, CLMs, ERPs, and filing systems. They're static. Forgotten. Underused. And yet, they quietly define revenue, risk, compliance, and growth.

We believe contracts are one of the most powerful and most overlooked sources of truth in a business.

2025 changed everything. While others continued to treat contracts as mere paperwork, we began transforming them into living, searchable, and intelligent systems of record. We shipped over 250 product releases, achieved 21 CFR Part 11 compliance, got featured in Apple's WWDC, while building the foundation for what comes next.

2026 will be our biggest year yet. With the launch of Intelligent Contract Management, we are going to market with an AI-powered contract management platform built for modern teams who expect more than storage, signatures, or status quo software.

This is the moment. And this is the team building it. If you want to help shape the future of contracts with us, please read on.

About the Role

Our mobile apps are not a side channel. They have been recognized by Apple with an Editor's Choice, showcased at Apple's WWDC, and rank among the top 100 grossing business apps, with millions of downloads and a meaningful share of our revenue and self-serve growth.

As Growth Manager, Mobile, you will own the growth engine for our iOS and Android apps end to end. This is a builder role, not a maintenance role. You will be responsible for the full mobile funnel, from the moment someone discovers us on the App Store to the moment they become a paying, retained subscriber, and every experiment in between.

You will bring a consumer growth playbook to a product-led B2C motion: sharp on acquisition, obsessive about activation and retention, and fluent in the mechanics of app store subscriptions. You will work at the intersection of product, design, lifecycle marketing, and analytics, and you will be measured on real business outcomes, not vanity metrics.

Your work will directly influence:

• Mobile MRR, subscriber growth, and retention

• How we acquire, activate, convert, and keep consumers across iOS and Android

• Our experimentation culture and the pace at which we learn

• The roadmap for pricing, paywalls, onboarding, and lifecycle journeys

You will report to the Head of Mobile and work closely with iOS and Android engineering, product, design, lifecycle marketing, and finance. As we scale, there is a clear path to lead and build out a dedicated mobile growth pod.

What you'll do

• Own the mobile growth funnel across iOS and Android: acquisition, activation, monetization, and retention, with a clear north star and a metrics tree beneath it

• Diagnose where users drop off and prioritize the highest-leverage bets, with churn reduction and trial-to-paid conversion as first-order priorities

• Run a disciplined experimentation program: form hypotheses, size impact, ship A/B tests, read results honestly, and turn wins into repeatable motion

• Drive organic growth through App Store Optimization (ASO), store listing experiments, custom product pages, in-app events, and featuring strategy across the App Store and Google Play

• Plan and optimize paid user acquisition across Apple Search Ads, Google App Campaigns, and Meta, managing real budgets to CAC, ROAS, and payback targets

• Own the creative testing engine: brief, evaluate, and iterate on store creative (screenshots, app previews) and ad creative in partnership with design and UGC partners, and let the data pick the winners

• Own paywall, pricing, and onboarding experiments to lift trial starts, trial-to-paid conversion, and ARPU, in close partnership with product

• Design and run lifecycle journeys across push, in-app messaging, and email to activate new users and win back churned and lapsed ones

• Build and maintain the reporting that the business trusts: retention cohorts, LTV, CAC, ARPU, conversion, and subscription movements

• Collaborate with iOS and Android engineering on instrumentation, event tracking, and the plumbing that makes fast experimentation possible

• Share what is working, and what is not, in clear weekly updates that leadership can act on

What we're looking for

• 4 to 7 years in growth, with meaningful hands-on ownership of a consumer (B2C) mobile app

• A proven track record of moving real numbers on a mobile app: downloads, subscribers, retention, or revenue, ideally in a subscription or freemium model

• Hands-on ASO experience across the App Store and Google Play (required): metadata and keywords, screenshots and app previews, custom product pages, store listing experiments, and featuring, with measurable wins in ranking, install growth, or store conversion

• Hands-on paid user acquisition experience across at least two of the three major app channels (required): Apple Search Ads, Meta, and Google App Campaigns. You have owned live budgets and can point to the results you drove. Experience across all three is a strong plus

• A strong eye for creative and design: you can look at a screen, a paywall, or an ad and tell what will convert, and you have a track record of creative tests that moved the numbers. You work well with designers and creative partners, though you will not be the one designing

• Deep, practical understanding of how iOS and Android subscription mechanics work: StoreKit, Play Billing, free trials, intro offers, and win-back

• Fluency with the mobile growth stack, with hands-on experience in tools such as:

• Product analytics: Mixpanel

• Lifecycle and CRM: CleverTap, Braze, or MoEngage

• Attribution and measurement: AppsFlyer, Adjust, or Firebase

• ASO and ad intelligence: AppTweak, Sensor Tower, data.ai, or similar

• Strong experimentation instinct: you think in hypotheses and sample sizes, and you can tell a real signal from noise

• Comfort with data and self-serve analysis

• A bias to ship, comfort with ambiguity, and the resourcefulness to run a lean growth engine without waiting for a big team

• Clear written and verbal communication, especially when translating data into decisions for senior stakeholders

Experience with a product-led (PLG) motion, or growing a B2B app used by individuals and small teams, is a bonus but not required. What matters most is that you have grown a real consumer mobile product and know how the levers connect.

AI-First Expectations (Non-Negotiable)

All roles at Signeasy are AI-first. As a Growth Manager, you will use and build AI-powered workflows to move faster: generating and testing creative and store assets at scale, drafting and personalizing lifecycle messaging, analyzing cohorts and session data, and turning raw analytics into decisions. You think in systems and automation, you let AI do the heavy lifting on repetitive analysis and production, and you spend your judgment where it counts.
