Designs high-performing paid media creatives (static, motion, mixed) for a proptech company, balancing brand identity with conversion goals using Adobe Creative Suite and motion tools.
About the Role
At Flow, we believe performance should never come at the expense of the brand. We’re looking for a Graphic Designer who understands that great design doesn’t just capture attention—it creates connection. You’ll craft visuals that are emotionally resonant and strategically sharp, helping us tell a deeper story in every scroll. This role is ideal for a seasoned creative with a love for humans, nature and a refined sense of restraint. We move fast, and you do too. You bring urgency, clarity, and direction to your work—shipping daily, iterating quickly, and driving momentum. At the same time, your standards are uncompromising. You sweat the details, challenge the average, and consistently raise the bar.
If you think in visuals, move with purpose, and feel just as inspired by texture and tone as you do by a beautifully laid-out slide—this might be your place.
We will only consider applicants that provide links to portfolios, Instagram and/or websites showcasing their work.
Responsibilities
- Concept and design flyers, invites, emails, decks, paid ads, editing—static, motion, and mixed-format—with an equal eye for mood, clarity, and conversions.
-
Translate strategic briefs into work that performs while also staying true to the brand’s soul.
-
Collaborate closely with growth marketers, copywriters, and editors to build successful campaigns.
-
Stay grounded in what’s working—analyzing ad performance and iterating thoughtfully based on results.
-
Bring a tactile sensibility to digital work—natural textures, organic colorways, thoughtful rhythm.
-
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, moving between high-stakes board materials and day-to-day creative with equal care.
Ideal Background
- 2+ years of experience crafting high-performing ad creatives, ideally for real estate, hospitality, and design-forward brands.
-
Fluent in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), Canva, and comfortable in motion-led formats.
-
Deep understanding of performance metrics (CTR, CVR, ROAS)—with a sensitivity to how design influences behavior.
-
Experience designing within a brand system, while knowing when and how to evolve it.
-
Collaborative by nature, with the ability to give and receive feedback with clarity and grace.
-
Interest in being part of a fast-paced start-up, working alongside self-starters & builders
-
Appreciation for the quiet power of simplicity—design that whispers, rather than demands.
-
Alignment with Flow’s ethos: design as a form of wellness, connection, and quiet impact.
We take care of our people so they can do their best work.
- Health and Wellness Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance and parental leave benefits. On-staff doctor, free therapy through SpringHealth, acupuncture, an Employee Assistance Program, and other wellness offerings.
- Time Off PTO and paid holidays.
- Financial 401(k) retirement plan, healthcare and dependent care FSAs, HSA-compatible plan options with annual employer HSA funding and pre-tax commuter benefits.
- Life at Flow Weekly catered lunches, wellness classes and employee discounts on Flow hotel stays, grocer products, and merch.
