Omnichannel Project Manager

Do you have a knack for bringing structure to complex plans, multitasking across several projects, and keeping people moving in the same direction? And would you like to use that strength across e-commerce, retail and marketing?

At SELECTED, you’ll help bring our omnichannel plans to life, connecting teams and activities and keeping progress on track across our consumer-facing channels.

YOUR TEAM
You will join our E-Commerce & DTC Marketing team at our headquarters in Brande. Together, we work to create strong and consistent consumer experiences across our own retail stores, e-commerce and other consumer touchpoints.
Your role will take you across the organization, working closely with colleagues within E-commerce, Retail, CRM, Media, Brand Identity and B2B Communications. Each brings their own expertise and responsibilities, while your role is to bring the different pieces together through clear planning and coordination.

YOUR ROLE
As our Omnichannel Project Manager, you’ll take ownership of the planning, coordination and troubleshooting behind our omnichannel Go-To-Market plans, ensuring efficient and smooth execution for all parties involved. Working across several teams, you’ll create clarity around plans, timelines and dependencies and help maintain progress throughout the process from A to Z.
Priorities can shift as campaigns and projects move forward. Business performance may call for a change of plan, and dependencies can change along the way. You’ll be the one keeping the overview and helping the teams involved adjust without losing momentum.

Your key responsibilities include:

• Creating and maintaining clear plans, timelines and milestones for omnichannel campaigns and projects
• Coordinating activities and dependencies across teams and outputs
• Bringing the right stakeholders together and creating clarity around ownership, responsibilities and next steps
• Following up on progress and keeping plans moving forward towards our agreed goals
• Identifying potential roadblocks and coordinating adjustments when needed
• Providing relevant updates and visibility on progress to stakeholders
• Identifying opportunities to improve how we plan and collaborate across the workflows
• Involve, engage and motivate the project participants to share their point of view, ideas and challenges, and foster great communication across teams.

WHAT YOU WILL GAIN
This role gives you the opportunity to step beyond one area of marketing or e-commerce and build a broader understanding of how an international fashion business works across channels.
You’ll get close to different parts of the business, build your experience across omnichannel planning and coordination, and have the opportunity to shape how we bring structure to our omnichannel activities.

YOUR PROFILE
You may come from marketing, e-commerce or retail and have discovered that you’re often the person others turn to when many activities need to come together. You enjoy creating overview, working across different perspectives and making sure good intentions turn into action.
You don’t need to be a formally trained project manager. What matters is that you’re comfortable working across teams and taking responsibility for bringing structure and progress to the planning process.

We’re looking for someone who brings:

• A few years of relevant experience within marketing, e-commerce, retail or a similar commercial environment
• Hands-on experience coordinating projects or campaigns with multiple stakeholders, ideally using a project management or planning tool
• Confidence managing timelines, priorities and dependencies
• Clear communication skills and the confidence to follow up when needed
• The ability to adapt and find a way forward when priorities change
• English at a professional level, both written and spoken.

WE LOOK FORWARD TO HEARING FROM YOU
