Full Stack Developer (x2)

Help build the global operating system for real estate

What if you could help build the technology platform that defines how real estate portfolios are operated in the next decade?

Propely is building an intelligent property management platform that is becoming the daily operating system for an industry ready for digital transformation. Today, more than 10,000 professionals use Propely every month to manage and operate thousands of properties across Norway. Our ambition goes far beyond that: to become the leading global platform for property operations.

We are now looking for three Full Stack Developers who want to help build and scale that platform.

This is not a maintenance role. You will work on product features used daily by thousands of real estate professionals while helping evolve the architecture that will power the next phase of Propely's growth.

About Propely

Propely is one of the fastest-growing technology companies in Norway.

In 2025, the company was named Scaleup of the Year by Proptech Norway and ranked among the top 10 fastest-growing technology companies in Norway by Deloitte, based on revenue growth over the past four years.

Founded by three high school entrepreneurs in 2019, Propely has grown to become the largest operations platform for private real estate portfolios in Norway.

We are now entering the next phase: scaling the platform, the engineering organization, and the product globally.

Our team combines ambitious founders with experienced individuals across technology, design, sales, and marketing. The engineering team is made up of talented, ambitious developers who want to make a change. Together we are building software that enables more efficient operations, happier tenants, and a more sustainable real estate industry.

Propely is also backed by experienced investors, including Arkwright X, Skagerak Capital and the founders of Spacemaker, the Norwegian AI proptech company acquired by Autodesk. They have built and scaled some of Norway’s most successful technology companies and now supports Propely on its growth journey.

Why this role matters

Build the product real estate professionals rely on daily

You will work on core parts of the Propely platform used by property managers, owners, and operators to run their portfolios. The features you build will directly affect how thousands of properties are operated every day.

Work across the entire stack

From user-facing interfaces to backend services and APIs, you will contribute across the full product. This means working closely with product and design to ship new capabilities quickly and reliably.

Build for real scale

Propely already operates at significant scale. As the platform grows, we need to continuously improve performance, reliability, and architecture to support more properties, users, and integrations.

Join an ambitious team

We are a highly collaborative team with short decision paths, strong trust, and an eNPS above 70. Product, design, and engineering work closely together, and ideas move quickly from concept to production.

You will work with us in person from our office at Epicenter Oslo.
