Ready to lead the team that keeps our food safe, our quality high, and our facility audit-ready every single day? As our Food Safety & Quality Assurance Manager, you'll own the QA and Sanitation shifts, keep us compliant with USDA/FSIS and FDA regulations, and be the go-to leader when it's time to dig into a root cause or walk an auditor through the plant. If you thrive on high standards, hands-on leadership, and protecting the safety of the food supply, we want to talk to you.

Lead and manage daily shifts for our Quality and Sanitation teams, providing hands-on guidance, mentoring, and oversight
Implement and maintain USDA/FSIS & FDA regulations for our Ready-to-Eat fresh salads and soups, including HACCP, HARPC, SSOP, and prerequisite programs
Serve as an SQF Practitioner, supporting audits and keeping our SQF program aligned to the current SQF Code
Own the review, development, and execution of our PC, HACCP, and PRP programs
Manage QA Technician and Sanitor performance, growth opportunities, and annual reviews
Partner closely with Operations, Sanitation, Maintenance, and Continuous Improvement leadership to get ahead of anything that could impact food safety, quality, or sanitation
Coordinate with our Internal Audits team to schedule, document, and follow through on audits — including root cause analysis and corrective action
Investigate and resolve customer complaints as they come up on your shift
Lead and participate in continuous improvement efforts across Food Safety, Quality Assurance, and Sanitation
Perform sanitary design inspections of equipment and facilities
Support training initiatives through our FSQA Compliance Training Coordinator
Help set and hit departmental QA goals alongside FSQA leadership
