We are looking for a Founding Product Engineer who wants to build, experiment, and take ownership—not simply execute assigned tickets.
You will work directly with the founder across engineering, product, and AI, owning features from idea to production.

AI-Native Engineering
AI is a core part of our development workflow.
You should be able to use AI aggressively while still exercising strong engineering judgment:
- Provide the right context
- Break complex problems into smaller tasks
- Review and validate generated code
- Verify technical claims and documentation
- Test edge cases and security
- Benchmark solutions
- Know when AI is wrong
AI should make you faster—not less thoughtful.
Product Mindset
You won't just receive specifications. You will be expected to think about:
- What problem are we solving?
- Who is the user?
- Is there a simpler solution?
- What are competitors doing?
- Can we validate the idea before building it?
- How will we measure success?
You will own product and technical due diligence for the work you take on.
Who We're Looking For
We want someone who is self-driven, curious, and hungry to grow.
Someone who:
- Learns without being told
- Builds because they are curious
- Reads documentation and figures things out
- Uses AI intelligently
- Takes ownership when things break
- Is comfortable saying "I don't know" and finding the answer
- Cares about product quality and user experience
- Wants to become significantly better over the next 2–3 years
This role is not for someone who only wants to complete tickets. It is for someone who wants to become a strong product-minded engineer and eventually own major parts of a startup.
First 90 Days

- Fix important bugs and UX issues
- Ship meaningful improvements
- Adopt our AI-assisted development workflow

- Demonstrate end-to-end ownership
How We Hire
We care more about what you can build than your resume.
The process may include a practical product assignment involving:
- Researching a real problem
- Evaluating solutions
- Using AI tools effectively
- Building a working prototype
- Explaining technical decisions
- Discussing what you'd improve for production
If you want to build, experiment, learn fast, and take ownership—apply.
Build, don't just code.
