EMBR is an innovation digital studio that builds businesses, products and helps our clients scale.
We're not an agency.
We're not a software consultancy.
We're a team obsessed with creating things that shouldn't exist yet.
One month we might be launching AI-powered authority websites.
The next we're building internal AI tools.
The month after we're testing a completely new business.
Speed matters.
Creativity matters.
Execution matters.
We believe AI has fundamentally changed how products are built, and we're looking for someone who agrees.
We're looking for an AI-native Full Stack Product Builder.
Someone who doesn't just write code.
Someone who designs, prototypes, experiments and ships.
You'll work directly with our founders turning ideas into working products—sometimes in days rather than months.
You'll help create:
AI-powered web applications
Authority websites
SaaS products
Internal business tools
Marketing experiments
Landing pages
AI workflows
Entire new businesses
If you love building things quickly and seeing real people use them, you'll love this role.
You regularly build things because you can't help yourself.
You use AI every single day.
You know when to use Claude.
When to use ChatGPT.
When to use Cursor.
When to use Windsurf.
When to use v0.
When to use Lovable.
When to use Bolt.
When to use GitHub Copilot.
You don't wait for perfect requirements.
You prototype.
You iterate.
You ship.

We care far more about what you've built than where you've worked.
You might have:
no commercial experience
no university degree
no computer science background
That's okay.
Show us incredible things you've built.
Show us products.
Show us experiments.
Show us weird side projects.
Show us things you shipped in a weekend.
Thinks using Claude twice makes them an AI engineer.
Needs weeks of planning before writing code.
Waits to be told exactly what to build.
Is afraid to experiment.
Wants to work on one product for two years.
Believes AI is cheating.
Within your first 90 days you'll have helped launch multiple products.
Within your first year you'll have helped create businesses that generate real revenue.
You'll become one of the people who turns ideas into reality inside EMBR.
We're builders.
We're curious.
We're ambitious.
We're obsessed with learning.
We move fast.
We believe execution beats meetings.
We believe AI is changing everything, and we want to be among the people building that future.
Don't send us a generic resume.
Instead, send us:
Your GitHub
Your portfolio
Your favourite project you've ever built
The AI tools you use every day
A short Loom (5 minutes max) walking us through something you've built using AI
Tell us about something you shipped ridiculously fast.
If you've got no experience but can build amazing things, we absolutely want to hear from you.
