An identity & access management expert role centered on SailPoint IIQ: day to day the specialist manages access groups, user and service accounts, and supports onboarding and cleanup within IAM initiatives, collaborating with business stakeholders, application managers, and IAM experts. Based on-site in Gdynia, Poland.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Identity Application Security Specialist, Application Manager, or User Administrator in SailPoint IIQ
- Strong experience in managing access groups, user accounts, and service accounts in SailPoint IIQ
- Good understanding of applications and Identity & Access Management (IAM)
- Practical experience in application security and user access management analysis
- Ability to collaborate with business stakeholders, application managers, system providers, and IAM experts
- Experience supporting onboarding and cleanup activities within IAM initiatives
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to support and challenge stakeholders while aligning with project objectives
- Self-driven and motivated approach with a collaborative mindset
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field
- Very good command of English, both spoken and written
