An Application Security Specialist working on an IAM project, conducting access reviews and analyzing application security and user permissions via SailPoint IIQ, identifying excessive or inactive access, and recommending mitigations with business stakeholders, application managers, and RACF/IAM experts.
Summary: This role centers on enhancing the security and management of identity and access within an IAM project, focusing on applications and user account management through SailPoint IIQ.
Main Responsibilities:
Conduct access review and analysis of application security and user access management.
Analyze access-related data to identify inactive, excessive, or unnecessary user permissions.
Assess findings and recommend appropriate actions based on business requirements.
Engage with and facilitate dialogues with business stakeholders, application managers, and system providers.
Collaborate with RACF/IAM subject matter experts to propose actions and mitigations.
Facilitate onboarding to SailPoint IIQ or cleanup of access groups and service accounts.
Assist in prioritizing efforts and managing scope changes.
Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
Proven experience as an Identity Application Security Specialist, Application Manager, or User admin in IIQ.
Good understanding of applications and Identity access management.
Self-driven and motivated with a collaborative mindset.
Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
Nice to Have:
Experience in handling IAM processes at scale.
Familiarity with application security best practices.
Experience in project support and change management.
Other Details:
Location: Poland - hybrid model (Gdynia/Gdańsk/Warsaw office)
Contract: 100% remote work.
