Contract role (Inside IR35, £450–£500/day) on a major ERP transformation programme in Edinburgh, two days onsite per week. You map and document future-state processes for a COINS ERP implementation, facilitate workshops, and support UAT and business readiness across Finance and Commercial.

Requirements:- Experience as a Business Analyst or Process Analyst within ERP or business transformation
- Excellent process mapping, analysis and documentation skills
- Good understanding of Finance and Commercial processes
- Experience supporting UAT, testing and business validation
- Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to translate complex system change into clear business processes
- Hands-on COINS experience is highly desirable, particularly across Finance or Commercial
- Housebuilding, construction or property experience is beneficial
- Map and document future-state business processes
- Translate ERP design into practical operating procedures
- Facilitate process workshops and validation sessions
- Identify process gaps, risks and dependencies
- Maintain traceability across requirements, processes and testing
- Support end-to-end testing and UAT

We are recruiting two experienced Business Process Analysts to join our clients major ERP transformation programme. The role focuses on implementing COINS ERP and turning system design and configuration into practical business processes, controls and ways of working. You will work closely with business SMEs, functional teams and implementation partners across Finance, Commercial and other key areas, helping ensure processes are documented, validated and ready for adoption. The role is based in Edinburgh, with two days onsite per week, and pays £450–£500 per day, Inside IR35.
