Bridge business and technology to deliver the next generation of enterprise platforms and digital capabilities.

Within our Marketing & Direct Sales department at Costa's Genoa Headquarters, the Enterprise MarTech Program Manager will play a key role in one of the company's most strategic transformation initiatives: Omnichannel Personalization & Pricing and bundling. Working at the intersection of business strategy, commercial transformation, and technology, you will help ensure that Pricing & Bundling evolves as a fully integrated business capability, connected to Personalization powered by Customer Data Platform, omnichannel activation, and the broader MarTech ecosystem. Through this opportunity and leveraging on GenAI capabilities, you will contribute to shaping the platforms, processes, and integrations that will support Costa's future growth and customer experience ambitions.

You will coordinate internal stakeholders, technology teams, consulting partners, and vendors to ensure successful execution across a portfolio of transformation initiatives. You will facilitate governance processes, support strategic decision-making, and help drive alignment between business priorities, technology investments, and delivery objectives.

Pricing & Bundling Transformation

You will act as the MarTech and Digital lead within Costa's strategic Pricing & Bundling transformation program, ensuring alignment between business objectives, platform capabilities, and delivery roadmaps.
