On-site desktop support engineer providing day-to-day local and remote break/fix support for Windows 10/11 PCs, Office 365, printers and network hardware, logging incidents in ServiceNow. Works with Active Directory, GPOs, Citrix/VDI, antivirus and iOS/Android device management in a project-based IT support environment.
