Position Description:

Have you ever enjoyed being the person who can turn their hand to anything? The quick pivot from one task to the next without missing a beat, the confidence to pick up something new after a short explanation, the satisfaction of never sitting idle because there's always something useful to do next. If you're someone who thrives on variety and takes the initiative to ask what's next, this role puts you right in the middle of it. You'll be joining Acquire Intelligence's growing offshore team, supporting a broad, multi-skilled back office function for one of our long standing Australian clients. At Acquire Intelligence, we invest in our people and build careers, not just fill roles. You'll be trained across the full breadth of the function from day one, so your skills, and your impact, keep growing.

Acquire Intelligence™ exists to help businesses unlock smarter ways of working. We believe that by combining the best of people, process, and automation, companies can grow faster and operate with greater confidence. Our purpose is to remove complexity, improve performance, and drive intelligent transformation for organisations around the world. As an Acquire Intelligence employee, your role is vital in achieving and exceeding individual and team targets that support company objectives, while building and maintaining client relationships. You are also responsible for complying with and enforcing procedures aligned with our information security policies. As a values-led organisation, we expect all our team members to exemplify our four values: Curious and Clever, Entrepreneurial Energy, Fast with Intent, and Laugh and Learn.

A snapshot of your role:

The Customer Solutions Consultant works across the full range of back-office functions, moving fluidly between job administration, quotes and pricing, product identification, and case review and scheduling support, depending on where the queue needs support most. Rather than specialising in a single task, every agent is cross-trained across the full function so work keeps flowing and no one is left idle when volume shifts between task types.

This is a day shift role, with rotating shifts across our Monday to Friday, 5:00am to 6:00pm Philippine Time coverage window.

Job Administration and Bookings

• Action booking confirmations, referral emails, and new job entries accurately and promptly, using approved templates and CRM systems.
• Create new jobs for walk in customers and fleet accounts, checking paperwork is complete and correct before entering new work.

Quotes, Receipts, and Pricing

• Prepare accurate quotes and issue payment confirmations on request from CSC agents, Business Solutions, or insurance representatives.
• Action price change requests via the designated chat channel, confirming updates are reflected correctly in the job record.

Product Identification

• Respond to live product identification requests, using the job number, VIN, vehicle manufacturer, and product position to confirm the correct part.
• Manage the manual identification queue for jobs that cannot be automatically matched, escalating to the dealer where required.

Case Review, Audits, and Scheduling Support

• Review submitted job information against agreed criteria to confirm the right outcome, and complete regular call and case quality audits.
• Support scheduling by following up open or incomplete jobs, rescheduling appointments, and making outbound calls to confirm or rebook where needed. Team and Continuous Improvement
• Work flexibly across the full range of tasks, moving between queues as workforce planning directs, and proactively picking up more work when your queue is clear.
• Maintain a high standard of accuracy, escalate unclear or unresolved cases rather than guessing, and help identify process improvements.

A bit about you:

Qualifications and Experience

• Experience in a contact centre, back office, or transaction processing environment preferred.
• Comfortable navigating multiple systems concurrently, including CRM, email, and chat based tools, while maintaining accuracy under time pressure.
• Sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel.
• Experience working across varied tasks or juggling competing priorities in a previous role is highly regarded.

Attributes

• Genuinely agile, comfortable moving between different task types within the same shift without losing accuracy or pace.
• Proactive, happy to put your hand up for more work rather than waiting to be asked when your queue is clear.
• Quick to learn new processes and systems, and confident applying them without extensive hand holding.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail across data entry, job records, and case decisions.
• Reliable and adaptable, comfortable working rotating shifts across an extended offshore coverage window.
• Clear communicator, comfortable interpreting ambiguous information and escalating appropriately rather than guessing.
