About Century Solutions Group

For 30 years, Century Solutions Group has helped businesses across metro Atlanta stay ahead of what's next in technology. Today we're working at the leading edge of the biggest shifts in IT: helping clients put AI to work, defending them against modern cybersecurity threats, and delivering the managed IT, cloud, and infrastructure services that keep their businesses running.

We pair the stability of three decades in business with the momentum of a company growing at double digits year over year. As a Microsoft Direct CSP partner with offices in Tyrone and near the Battery in Atlanta, we're adding new clients, new solutions, and new opportunities for the people who help drive that growth. If you want to build your career around technology that matters right now, this is the place to do it.

Why This Role Is Different

• You own your book: This is a true hunter role. The pipeline you build and the clients you win are yours
• Support behind you: Our marketing team and SDRs add campaigns and qualified meetings on top of the pipeline you create yourself
• Technical backup: Our CTO and engineering team join calls to scope solutions and help you win complex deals
• A product that sells: Managed services and cybersecurity that businesses need, from a provider with a strong local reputation
• Recurring revenue: Every deal you close builds long-term client relationships, not one-time transactions

What You'll Do

• Build your own pipeline through outbound calling, networking, referrals, and relationships with centers of influence such as CPAs, attorneys, and business associations
• Set your own appointments with business owners, executives, and IT leaders
• Understand their challenges and recommend the right managed IT, cybersecurity, and cloud solutions
• Own the full sales cycle, from first conversation through proposal, negotiation, and signed agreement
• Work with our marketing team, SDRs, and technical staff to amplify your pipeline and win complex deals
• Build and manage a healthy pipeline and keep your CRM accurate
• Hit monthly and quarterly targets for new revenue and margin

What Success Looks Like

• First 90 days: Learn our services, pricing, and sales process; start daily prospecting; begin building centers-of-influence relationships
• By 6 months: Consistently set your own appointments, close new managed services agreements, and maintain a healthy self-generated pipeline
• Year one: Deliver $60,000 in new monthly recurring revenue / 12-15 new clients

What You'll Earn

• Base salary of $80,000 – $100,000
• Uncapped commission on new business
• On-target earnings of $140,000 – $160,000, with no ceiling for top performers

• PTO and paid holidays
• Ongoing sales and technical training

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of B2B sales experience, with at least [3] years selling IT services, managed services, cybersecurity, or SaaS
• A track record of building your own pipeline and consistently meeting or exceeding quota on new business
• Comfort picking up the phone and prospecting every week, not just working inbound leads
• Experience managing a full sales cycle with business owners and executives
• Enough technical understanding to have credible conversations about IT, security, and cloud
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Self-direction and comfort working independently in the field
• Experience with CRM software and Microsoft 365
