Sales & Business Development Manager – Cybersecurity, Compliance & AI

About the Role

AsiaCloud is a growing Managed Services Provider (MSP) in Singapore, expanding our services in cybersecurity, PDPA compliance and AI advisory.

We are looking for an experienced and commercially driven Sales & Business Development Manager who can engage business owners and senior decision-makers, understand their business challenges and position technology and advisory solutions that deliver measurable value.

This is a consultative sales role — not simply product or license selling. You will work closely with our technical and consulting teams to develop solutions that address clients' cybersecurity, compliance, technology and AI adoption needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive new business and revenue growth for our Cybersecurity, Compliance, Managed Services and AI Advisory solutions.
• Develop and manage relationships with SME business owners, CEOs, Managing Directors, IT leaders and other key decision-makers.
• Conduct consultative discovery meetings to understand clients' business challenges, technology requirements and risk concerns.
• Translate cybersecurity, compliance and technology risks into clear business value and practical solutions.
• Identify new business opportunities through prospecting, referrals, networking, partnerships and industry events.
• Develop proposals and presentations in collaboration with pre-sales consultants and project teams.
• Manage opportunities throughout the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification through proposal, negotiation and closing.
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline and achieve agreed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
• Develop long-term client relationships and identify opportunities for recurring and cross-sell business.
• Represent the Company at relevant industry, networking and customer events.

Who We Are Looking For

• Approximately 4–6 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in consultative or solution sales.
• Experience in IT services, cybersecurity, cloud, SaaS, managed services, compliance, risk management or related B2B services will be an advantage.
• Proven ability to engage business owners, senior management and key decision-makers.
• Strong business development, relationship management and negotiation skills.
• Able to understand business challenges and position solutions based on outcomes rather than product features.
• Good communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to engage both business and technical stakeholders.
• Self-motivated, proactive and comfortable developing new business opportunities.
• Working knowledge of cybersecurity, PDPA, cloud or AI solutions is advantageous; candidates with strong technology sales experience and willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Sophos, cybersecurity solutions, cloud services or AI SaaS would be an advantage.
• Diploma or Degree in Business, IT, Cybersecurity or a related discipline preferred. Relevant industry experience may also be considered.
• Candidates from commercial risk, corporate insurance, technology consulting or other consultative B2B sales environments with experience engaging SME or corporate decision-makers may also be considered.

What We Offer

• Competitive base salary with uncapped sales commission.
• Opportunity to take ownership of and grow a new-generation MSP services portfolio covering cybersecurity, compliance and AI.
• Direct involvement in shaping the Company's sales and go-to-market strategy.
• Exposure to cybersecurity, compliance, cloud and emerging AI solutions.
• Opportunity to work closely with technical and consulting specialists.
• Career progression into broader sales leadership and business development management as the team grows.
