The Business Analyst, Real Estate and Construction Data is responsible for translating complex construction and financial forecasting data into clear, actionable insights while supporting the administration, testing, and continuous improvement of Lucernex and related business systems. This role bridges data, finance, operations, and technology by explaining forecast drivers, variances, risks, and assumptions; maintaining system access, roles, workflows, configurations, and data integrity; coordinating the onboarding and ongoing support of internal and external Lucernex users; and supporting system enhancements through requirements gathering, testing, issue resolution, documentation, and user training. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and analytical problem-solver with system administration experience and working knowledge of SQL and JavaScript, capable of using AI-enabled tools and Microsoft technologies to improve system functionality, strengthen forecast accuracy, automate processes, and clearly explain the rationale behind the numbers.

The target salary range is between $68,000.00 and $75,000.00 CAD Annual. Salary decisions are also dependent on other factors such as your experience, job-related knowledge, skills and competencies, market location, industry benchmarks, internal equity and other role-specific requirements.
