THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring a Business Analyst - New Initiatives to join the New Partnership Initiatives team in São Paulo!

This is not a traditional analytical support or existing process management role. You will work directly with the leadership responsible for building Wellhub's next businesses (continuously evaluating the best business opportunities).

Your major challenge will be to act as a true feasibility builder: breaking down complex business problems, analyzing market data, applying frameworks, and structuring well-founded theses to answer questions like: "Should we launch this business in Brazil or the US?" or "Which new front brings the highest potential return?"

If you are at the beginning of your career, have exceptional drive, enjoy numbers, and want to learn how an entrepreneur turns analyses into new products for a global unicorn, this is the place for you!

YOUR IMPACT

• New Business Structuring and Feasibility: Breaking down abstract market problems into logical blocks, comparing scenarios, market sizing (TAM/SAM), and financial feasibility (Unit Economics).
• Prioritization Frameworks: Supporting the executive team in decision-making between different expansion fronts and new products, backing recommendations with technical data.
• Analytical Problem Solving: Diving into initiative and project data to identify bottlenecks, conversion assumptions, and growth levers.
• Acceleration via AI and Tools: Using spreadsheets and Artificial Intelligence platforms to accelerate reasoning, extract insights, automate market analyses, and build functional prototypes.
• Executive Storytelling: Translating complex analyses into direct recommendations, structuring presentations, and objective memos for leadership and partners.
• Live the mission: inspire and empower others by prioritizing your own well-being and that of your colleagues. Create a supportive environment where everyone feels comfortable taking care of themselves and finding a balance between work and personal life.

WHO YOU ARE

• Focus and Interest in New Business: Experience or strong inclination toward the creation and feasibility of new market fronts (experience in academic leagues, entrepreneurship courses, Venture Capital, strategic consulting, or startups are major advantages).
• Structured Problem Solving: Analytical mental model and the ability to take an uncertain problem and break it down into logical parts and testable hypotheses.
• Quantitative Reasoning: Mastery of calculations, spreadsheets (Excel), and business metrics as a standard tool to defend arguments.
• Drive and Resilience: Willingness to learn, a sense of ownership, and a very high tolerance for dealing with ambiguity and constant changes in priority.
• Digital and AI Fluency: Active curiosity and the habit of using Generative Artificial Intelligence tools to enhance your daily analyses.
• English (Desirable): Knowledge of English is considered an advantage for reading global reports and international alignment.

Even if you don't meet 100% of the job requirements, apply! We will be happy to receive your application and analyze your fit for our team. Just keep in mind that Focus and Interest in New Business are mandatory requirements for this specific role.
