An onsite Business Analyst in the expanding centralised Digital Transformation Team in Postwick, Norwich: running discovery workshops with process owners, documenting end-to-end workflows, creating Visio flowcharts, and assessing processes for automation and digital modernisation using Microsoft 365. Salary £40,000–£50,000 per year.

Requirements:- We require at least 2 years of experience working in a transformation or automation centre of excellence, evidenced on your CV.
- We value a proven track record in process analysis or improvement projects.
- We require proficiency with the Microsoft 365 suite.
- A basic understanding of IT concepts, including networking, databases, client/server applications, SaaS applications, encryption and security, is desirable.
- We value logical, structured thinking and ideally some knowledge of basic programming principles, including conditional logic, loops, variable types and reusability.
- We require strong written and verbal communication skills.
- We require strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
- Host deep-dive and discovery workshops with process owners across the business to understand current processes in detail.
- Document existing end-to-end processes in granular detail using a Process Description Document.
- Prepare detailed process flowchart diagrams using Visio or other flowchart software.
- Design future processes that use technology to address pain points in business processes.
- Analyse business processes for their suitability for automation using predefined criteria.
- Assess the technical feasibility, ROI potential and stakeholder impact of candidate processes.

As a Business Analyst in this innovative, growing team, you will help bridge business operations and technology by identifying inefficiencies, documenting workflows and evaluating processes for automation or digital modernisation. You will work with stakeholders to develop a pipeline of high-impact opportunities aligned with organisational goals. The role is full onsite, Monday to Friday, with a 37.5-hour week and some flexibility when needed, such as for school runs.
