Business Analyst Brazil

At , we're building the agentic infrastructure for the future of the world's largest financial institutions. AI agents that handle millions of live interactions every day for Fortune 500 banks and insurers, end-to-end. Interactions are 3x-ing monthly. We're hitting problems most startups never encounter: real-time voice AI at scale, legacy banking infrastructure, enterprise telephony, and building regulatory frameworks in the US and Brazil.

The role

You will be an essential member of our operations team, focused on turning millions of call data points into decisions that move revenue for the largest banks in Brazil. You'll sit at the intersection of our clients, our engineers, and the data, and your analysis will directly shape how our agents perform.

We're looking for someone highly analytical and deeply business oriented. Experience in financial services or fintech startups is highly important, and a real understanding of the Brazilian banking and collections (cobrança) system is what will make you dangerous in this role. An engineering background is a big plus and will be very relevant for how you work with the team.

If you're energized by finding the signal in messy data and driving tangible results, this is your opportunity to grow, work with big US and Brazilian clients, and be the engine that drives performance and accelerates our growth.

• Own the Numbers: You are the crucial link between raw call data and client outcomes. Your mission is simple: understand recovery rates, containment, and conversion better than anyone, and turn that understanding into recommendations our clients act on.
• The Consistent, Reliable Force: You'll be the trusted analytical point of contact that our clients and internal teams rely on. By proactively surfacing what's working, what's breaking, and why, you directly unblock decisions and keep complex operations moving forward at pace.
• The Ultimate Owner: You don't wait for tasks. You spot the anomaly in the dashboard before anyone asks, translate vague business questions into structured analysis, and relentlessly chase the answer until it turns into action. You thrive on driving things to completion.

How we work

• We are deeply committed to your professional development. You will be given immediate opportunities to take ownership and the mentorship needed to grow quickly into a senior, high-impact business leader.
• We're a team built to win in a seriously competitive market and our growth is insane. That means we're constantly running into problems most startups never even dream of seeing. To do that, we need a level of focus, speed, and real craftsmanship that's just not the normal.
• Every single person here feels like this is the absolute best thing they could be doing right now. This isn't about working for the sake of working, it's about being competitive and genuinely loving the challenge.
• Because of this, you'll see us hanging out a lot in the office. We enjoy the work, we love winning, and we like being around each other. Expect to join in on team stuff like gym sessions, runs, dinner/lunch, and Xbox breaks.
