Of course, you can always gather feedback from smart, curious people across Wise but you’ll have the freedom to make your own calls

• Grow as an Analyst: Develop your technical and soft analytical skills in a strong feedback and personal development work environment.

• Product and Cross Functional Team Experience: Get exposure to the full breadth and depth of our product while working with a group of multi disciplinary teams of amazing, smart and dedicated product analysts, engineers, product managers, researchers, designers and many more.

• The Freedom to Have Real Impact: The opportunities you’ll identify and enable are key to Wise reaching future millions of customers and redefining how payments work internationally at scale

• Technical Skills: 5+ years experience in analytical roles with strong data analysis skills. You’re proficient in SQL (with the ability to write clear, performant, and reliable queries) and have knowledge of a scripting language (like Python or R) for automation or more complex analysis. Experience with incremental measurement approaches such as AB tests.

• Problem Solving: You know how to define complex problems clearly, ensuring a proper understanding of the scope and applying the 80-20 principle to deliver usable results quickly.

• Ownership: You enjoy working independently in a fast-paced environment: Identifying impactful opportunities and making them happen, triage requests by impact and focus on the main priorities.
