We’re seeking a Business Analysis Lead to join a dedicated discovery squad. You’ll work with business users and technology teams to understand needs, shape solutions and define a clear path from discovery through to delivery.

We’re seeking a Business Analysis Lead to join a dedicated discovery squad. You’ll work with business users and technology teams to understand needs, shape solutions and define a clear path from discovery through to delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Gather and analyse requirements from business users.
- Develop clear business and functional requirements to inform technical designs and testing.
- Help shape business improvement cases, including expected benefits where appropriate.
- Scope work, identify dependencies and support prioritisation of backlogs.
- Map customer journeys and business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Coordinate testing and support the development of training materials where needed.
- Work with developers and testers across onshore and offshore teams.
- Provide guidance or mentoring to other business analysts, as required.
- You have relevant business analysis experience and a tertiary qualification, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- You’re comfortable leading analysis where requirements or outcomes are ambiguous, and can help define a practical path forward.
- You understand the systems development lifecycle and have worked across different delivery environments.
- You can translate business needs into requirements, process maps and work that can be delivered by technology teams.
- You have experience with process improvement and working with business and technical stakeholders.
- Experience mentoring business analysts or working in a multi-vendor environment is valued. Guidewire experience would be an advantage.
