Business Systems Analyst Lead on a 4-person team reviewing business analytics work for a banking-industry client. Day to day: code review, Python and SQL analytics development, documentation, and AI prompt engineering. Requires 2+ years Python and 5+ years SQL; Hadoop, SAS EG, Big Data, and PII experience are pluses.
Position Title: Business Systems Analyst Lead Location: Remote Industry background: - Banking - Big Data - Sensitive PII requirements (all a plus) Team Dynamic: Part of sub team of 4 individuals under one lead. Roles and Responsibilities: Code review of business analytics work. Must Have Technical Skills: - 2+ years of Python development - ability to review code created in the Python environment - 5+ years' experience writing SQL for Business Analytics projects - Documentation Skills - Enthusiasm for AI Prompt Engineering - Meticulous Attention to Detail Flex Skills/Nice to Have: - Experience with PII (Personally Identifiable Information) -Experience with Big Data - Experience in Hadoop environment - Knowledge of SAS EG Soft Skills: - Communicate constructive criticism effectively with supportive constructive feedback. Education/Certifications: Bachelors required Screening Questions: - Outside of charts or dashboards, describe a descriptive business analytics project you have personally created.
