Designs, builds, automates, and supports end-to-end data pipelines and ETL workflows on Azure, combining data engineering with hands-on SRE/DevOps production support in a hybrid role based in Sheffield. Core stack: Python, advanced SQL, Terraform, CI/CD, Linux scripting, and Azure monitoring tools like Azure Monitor, Grafana, and Prometheus.
Location : Hybrid 3 Days in Sheffield
- Strong expertise in data pipeline development with hands-on Azure SRE/DevOps production support (not a standalone infrastructure role).
- Design, build, automate, and support end-to-end data pipelines and ETL workflows in an Azure cloud environment.
- Strong Python software engineering, advanced SQL, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), CI/CD (Git, continuous integration pipelines), and Linux scripting (Bash/PowerShell).
- Azure Cloud ecosystem combined with practical SRE/DevOps practices, monitoring, and production troubleshooting.
- Azure Monitor, Grafana, Prometheus, and exposure to Cybersecurity, SIEM/SOAR platforms, or Financial Services domains.
