A Company That Invests in Its People

Leadership believes success starts with taking care of the team. You'll work alongside owners who are approachable, supportive, and committed to providing the tools, training, and autonomy needed to succeed.

Make a Real Impact

This isn't a maintenance role—it's an opportunity to help shape the future of project management within a growing organization. You'll work directly alongside the Director of Operations to improve processes, eliminate inefficiencies, and help build a scalable project management operation.

Family Comes First

Work-life balance isn't just something written in a handbook. Leadership understands that family matters and offers the flexibility to ensure employees can be present for life's important moments.

Team Culture

The company believes strong teams are built both inside and outside the office. Through monthly Training & Togetherness (TNT) events, quarterly team outings, and ongoing professional development, you'll become part of a collaborative culture that genuinely enjoys working together.

Growth Opportunity

As the company continues taking on increasingly sophisticated six- and seven-figure residential projects, this role offers significant opportunities for professional growth and long-term leadership within the organization.

Position Overview

Our partner is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the successful planning and execution of luxury residential integration projects.

This is a hybrid role that blends project management, client communication, operational coordination, and strategic planning. While you'll spend time visiting job sites and meeting with clients, much of your success will come from ensuring everything behind the scenes is organized, scheduled, documented, and executed flawlessly.

The ideal candidate doesn't simply react to problems—they anticipate them. They naturally "see around corners," identifying potential issues before they impact schedules, budgets, or customer satisfaction.

Working closely with the Director of Operations and Installation Coordinator, you'll play a critical role in helping the company scale while maintaining the exceptional customer experience that defines their brand.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple residential integration projects from kickoff through completion
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle
• Coordinate scheduling, procurement, documentation, and project workflows
• Manage project tasking and documentation using D-Tools Cloud (or future project management platforms)
• Monitor project budgets, labor hours, job costing, and overall profitability
• Ensure materials are ordered accurately and available when needed
• Conduct project walkthroughs with homeowners, builders, designers, and trade partners
• Collaborate closely with the Installation Coordinator to ensure smooth field execution
• Proactively identify project risks and resolve issues before they become costly problems
• Help develop and refine project management processes, workflows, and SOPs
• Drive accountability across projects to ensure schedules, budgets, and customer expectations are consistently met
• Support continuous operational improvement as the company grows

Required Experience

• 3–5+ years of project management experience within the custom integration industry
• Strong understanding of luxury residential AV, automation, lighting control, networking, and integrated technology systems
• Experience managing multiple complex projects simultaneously
• Working knowledge of D-Tools Cloud or comparable project management software
• Experience with job costing, scheduling, purchasing, and project documentation

Preferred Technical Knowledge

Experience with systems such as:

• Lutron
• Ketra
• Residential AV
• Home automation platforms
• Networking infrastructure
• Integrated lighting and shading systems

The Ideal Candidate

We're looking for someone who naturally thinks several steps ahead.

You don't wait for problems to appear—you anticipate them.

You understand that profitability is won or lost long before the final walkthrough by making smart decisions throughout the project lifecycle.

The right candidate will be:

• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Proactive rather than reactive
• An exceptional communicator with clients and internal teams
• Comfortable having difficult conversations when necessary
• Confident enough to speak up while remaining collaborative and respectful
• Analytical with a strong understanding of budgets, labor efficiency, and operational performance
• A natural leader who earns respect rather than demands it
• Someone who enjoys improving systems and helping teams become more efficient

If you've ever been described as someone who can "see around corners," you'll likely fit right in.
