Automation Process Analyst

Salary: Competitive, negotiable package.

Automation Process Analyst

We are seeking a part-time Automation Process Analyst to join our team, with flexible and negotiable working hours to suit the right candidate.

The ideal candidate will be a mature, highly organised professional with strong communication skills, experience in business analysis, process improvement, or a similar role, and the ability to think logically. You will work with stakeholders across the business to understand challenges, identify opportunities for improvement, and translate business needs into practical, workable automation and process solutions.

This opportunity is particularly well suited to an experienced professional returning to the workforce, such as a parent re-entering their career after time away, or someone seeking meaningful, rewarding work without the constraints of a traditional full-time role.

What You’ll Bring

• Experience in business analysis, project coordination or process improvement, with the ability to understand how work gets done and identify opportunities to simplify, improve and automate.
• Strong process documentation skills, including the ability to produce clear requirements, process maps, SOPs, workflow diagrams or similar documentation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with confidence working across technical and non-technical teams.
• Strong organisation and priority-setting skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple pieces of work, track actions and keep projects moving.
