Associate Product Manager - AI First

Why This Role Exists

Eulerity is an AI-native marketing automation platform — not a legacy tool with AI bolted on. We serve enterprise brands like Mastercard, UPS Store, Uber Eats, and European Wax Center, automating digital advertising across thousands of franchise locations. We've crossed $10M ARR, largely bootstrapped, and we're accelerating.

We're not looking for someone who "uses AI tools." We're looking for someone who thinks in systems, ships fast, and treats AI as the primary interface between product ideas and execution. You'll be the closest intellectual partner to our Head of Product — expected to challenge, synthesize, and build, not just take notes.

If you've built projects from scratch, obsessed over product decisions at 2 AM, and know the difference between a great prompt and a great system — read on.

The Fast Facts

• Salary: $100,000 – $130,000
• Location: NYC Midtown — 3–4 days/week in office
• AI Tools Budget: Unlimited. Use what makes you sharp.

What You'll Actually Do

This is a high-ownership role. You'll be in the room where product decisions get made, and your voice will matter from day one.

• Partner directly with the Head of Product on roadmap definition, feature prioritization, and strategic positioning — acting as a real thought partner, not a note-taker
• Use AI tools to 10x your throughput: generate user stories, synthesize customer feedback, draft specs, prototype concepts, and accelerate research that would otherwise take days
• Own a product area end-to-end, including an embedded/SDK surface, from discovery through engineering handoff to post-launch measurement and developer adoption
• Run structured experiments: define hypotheses, instrument analytics, read results, and make recommendations
• Translate complex technical discussions into clear requirements that engineers actually want to build from
• Conduct sharp competitive analysis and market research — and bring the so-what, not just the what
• Lead sprint ceremonies (standups, planning, retros) with the energy of someone who genuinely cares about shipping
• Stay fluent in what's happening in AI and marketing tech — and actively bring new ideas into the team's thinking

Who You Are

We're looking for a rare combination: technically solid, creatively ambitious, and energized by moving fast in a small team.

Non-Negotiables

• You are genuinely AI-native — you build with AI, you reason with AI, and all your workflows are built around it
• You've shipped something real: a side project, a capstone, an app, a tool — something you took from idea to existence
• You're a fast, clear communicator — written, verbal, and in a whiteboard session
• You are based in NYC (or the tri-state area) and can commit to 3–4 days in Midtown
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Product Design, or a related technical field

Big Differentiators

• Experience with LLMs, AI agent frameworks, or AI-assisted product development (you've actually used these, not just read about them)
• Comfort reading code, querying data, and debugging — you don't need to write production code, but you can hold your own and then some in a technical conversation
• Background in SaaS business models
• You've worked in a startup or high-velocity environment where ambiguity was the norm and you thrived
• Strong product intuition — you can identify when something feels off before the data confirms it
• Experience shipping or working on an SDK or developer-facing product is a plus

What Makes Eulerity Different

We are not a company that talks about AI. We are a company that runs on it.

• Our platform uses cross-learning AI agents that optimize across thousands of advertiser accounts simultaneously — not just one
• We have deep integration moats built over years with Google, Meta, Apple, and Microsoft — a barrier competitors can't replicate quickly
• We operate a top-down GTM model: we close enterprise contracts at the brand level and then unlock activation at scale across franchise locations
• We are lean, profitable, and intentional about every hire — you'll have real scope from week one
• We think about AI-native engineering as a core competency, not an experiment

This is a place where what you build ships. Your work will be seen by real users, measured in real results, and recognized on the team.
