What you'll be doing

Technology Operations helps keep our systems, processes, and teams running smoothly so we can deliver reliable experiences across the bank. As an AI & Data Analytics and Reporting Analyst Co-op, you'll support reporting and analytics initiatives by partnering with stakeholders to understand business needs, connect to and organize data from Excel, flat files, databases, and other organizational repositories, and turn information into meaningful insights. Reporting and analytics are the core focus of the role: you'll create, enhance, and maintain Power BI data models, dashboards, and reports, including reliable refresh processes. You'll also explore how CIBC AI solutions, Copilot, AI agents, automation, and digital tools can simplify manual work, improve processes, and support informed decision-making. This is a hands-on opportunity to build your technical, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills while delivering practical solutions that help teams work more effectively.

At CIBC we enable the work environment most optimal for you to thrive in your role. You'll have the flexibility to manage your work activities within a hybrid work arrangement where you'll spend 1-3 days per week on-site, while other days will be remote.
