An experienced 2nd Line IT Support Engineer joins an MSP to support a key Watford-based customer: taking ownership of escalated issues across Microsoft 365, Intune and Entra ID, managing devices and deployments, and delivering client-facing support. Hybrid — two days onsite in Watford, three days remote, with occasional cover at London client sites.
